Parker turns 2!!!

Happy Birthday Parker!!!! The best thing about having your birthday on Sunday is that you get to celebrate all weekend long. We love this guy so much and are so happy and grateful to have him in our family. He brings us so much joy we don't know what we would do without him. It seems like yesterday we brought him home from the hospital. I can't wait for what this next year has in store for him. He is the best kid a mom could ask for. Love you Parker!!

July...so far!

Wow! Not even two weeks have gone by and I am posting again!! I am so proud of myself! We spent the Fourth of July in Cali with our amazing family. It was a short weekend, but very much worth the trip. Fourth of July day was spent at the beach, which was a first for me. I was a little skeptical about going and trying to fight all of the millions of people...but it ended up being perfect. Parker was in heaven...digging in the dirt and running from the waves. It's also always fun to watch Sean try to body surf. The night ended with swimming, hanging out with family, and watching fireworks. It was such a great day! Sunday we headed back to the great AZ as we watched the temperature rise with each turn of the wheel. The rest of July, so far, has been spent going to the pool everyday and trying not to have a heat stroke. Yesterday we were on our way to have a fun family day at the pool but it ended before it even began after hearing that someone had a little potty accident in the pool. Gotta love those community pools!! The sprinklers in the back yard were the next best thing. I am so happy to be blessed with such an amazing family!

Where does the time go?!? It seems like before I know it's been almost two months since the blog has been updated. This summer has been super busy and has gone by way too fast. I can't believe 4th of July is already over. We started off the summer by heading out to California for a week. My really good friend Heather, who I grew up with, was able to join us so it was an extra special week. We, of course, did Disney, the beach, and the pool. It was just a fun/chill week. Then we came back to Az for a couple of weeks and got ready for our Texas trip. Parker and I headed out to Tx for ten days at the end of June. Parker was in heaven living outside everyday. My parents live out in the country and have everything a little boy could dream of - tractors, a pool, a sand box, a dog, horses, cows, a basketball court, a trampoline, power-wheels, and four-wheelers. We had a blast and couldn't believe how fast it flew by. We then headed to Cali for the Fourth of July, but that will have to be another post. Now that I am going to be home for pretty much the rest of the summer I will really try to keep up with the blog. Warning: Sorry for the picture overload!
